Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with City Source Associates for grounds keeping and land maintenance services for properties owned by the three taxing bodies, for a sum not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) over one year, with two optional one year extensions, and for the payment of the costs thereof.
