Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a six-month Professional Services Agreement with Buchart Horn Architects at a cost not-to-exceed Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty One Dollars ($15,221), for the purposes of Historic Architect consultation services.
