Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Public Works, and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into a Lease Agreement or Lease Agreements with Pittsburgh Center for Arts & Media for the use of the Scaife Residence and the Scaife Annex/Marshall Garage, Parcel ID 85-D-50, for a period of twenty (20) years and an annual rental fee of One Dollar ($1.00) per year.
