Ordinance amending and supplementing the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title I: Administrative, Article VII: Procedures, Chapter 161: Contracts, by amending Section 161.34 (b)(5) Project Labor Agreement Review and Recommendation Process; Section 161.34 (c)(1) Procedures for Use of Project Labor Agreements; and Section 161.34 (c)(2) Procedures for Use of Project Labor Agreements by replacing Chief Financial Officer with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
