Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from the Pirates Charities of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12.500.00) to be deposited into the Public Safety Support Trust Fund.
