Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget” by transferring $5,000 to Observatory Hill, $10,000 to Summer Hill, $15,500 to Brighton Heights, and $1,000 to the Poise Foundation.
