Resolution authorizing the Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to apply for and execute a Water Obstruction and Encroachment Permit with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection “DEP” as well as associated environmental permits with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers for the purposes of certain City work in and around the vicinity of Streets Run.
