NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Brandon Skalniak; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, January 8, 2019, to be “Brandon Skalniak Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
