Resolution authorizing a cooperation agreement or agreements, providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed Six Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($6,750,000.00) dollars to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the purchase of vehicles, equipment and accessories for use by City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities.
