Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Human Resources and Civil Service Commission to enter into an Agreement with Willis Towers Watson for services related to supporting the City with development and negotiations of employee benefits that are provided to City employees, for a sum not to exceed One Million, One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($1,116,000.00) over four years and for the payment of costs thereof.
