Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement with Clark Hill to serve as Bond Counsel for the purpose of rendering any and all necessary opinions with respect to the Bonds and preparing such additional documents as may be necessary. Total costs shall not exceed Thirty-Six Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($36,125.00) and shall be paid using proceeds from the debt issuance.
