Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to provide funding to conduct a recycling education program and purchase blue recycling bins and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($350,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
