NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Mike Toth, Brashear Alumni and stellar Volunteer on his retirement and joins the athletes , coaches and staff of Brashear High School in wishing him good health and happiness in his retirement; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, February 7, 2019, to be “MIKE TOTH DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
