Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, a lease agreement or agreements with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, to utilize a portion of that certain City-owned building located at 822 Crucible Street, 20th Ward, Council District 2, City of Pittsburgh, for the purpose of placing and maintaining telecommunications equipment, at no cost to the City.
