NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby celebrate the life and legacy of Richard Meritzer; and, BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby thank Richard for his service and dedication to the residents of Pittsburgh and for his contributions toward building a more inclusive city.
