Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to execute a special warranty deed or deeds, and any other necessary or appropriate documents, agreements, and instruments, accepting all of the Sports and Exhibition Authority’s right, title, and interest in parcels 8-J-98, 8-N-50, 8-K-12, 8-K-26, 7-M-150, 8-K-24, 8-K-25, 8-K-28, 8-K-16 and an agreed upon portion of Parcel 8-L-8 (collectively, “North Shore Riverfront Park”), in the 22nd Ward, Council District 6 of the City of Pittsburgh, and authorizing the payment of One Dollar ($1.00) plus costs in exchange for the parcels.
