Resolution authorizing the transfer by the City of Pittsburgh to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (“PennDOT”) of certain public right-of-way, slope easement and temporary construction easement rights on certain property of the 22nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to secure the Right-of-Way for the West Ohio Street Bridge construction project.
