Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, into an Agreement or Agreements with the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) for training and certification services regarding Public Safety boat operations at a sum not to exceed Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($360,000.00) and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.
