Resolution authorizing the Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure and/or the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into all necessary Agreements to acquire and secure a right-of-way and temporary construction easements, as-needed, to advance certain remediation work in or around Streets Run.
