Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Urban Design Ventures, LLC for services relating to the administration of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Dollars ($191,000.00) over three years and for the payment of the costs thereof.
