Resolution amending Resolution No. 378 of 2025, which authorized a Professional Services Agreement with Exponent, Inc., in connection with claims and litigation involving the Fern Hollow Bridge, by increasing the approved amount by One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) for a new not-to-exceed total of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000) over one (1) year.
