NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and congratulate Sheriff William Mullen for fifty years of service; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Tuesday, March 5, 2019 to be “Sheriff William P. Mullen Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
