Resolution authorizing the Mayor through the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment to execute relevant agreements to implement the creation of Financial Empowerment Centers within the City of Pittsburgh and further providing for agreements and expenditures not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) for this stated purpose.
