NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does recognize, celebrate and thank Hugh Brannan III for his tireless work as the Chair of South Side Planning Forum; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, March 12th, 2019 to be “HUGH BRANNAN DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
