Resolution providing for the authorization to make all legitimate expenditures for payments and agreements or agreements with various agencies to conduct a summer youth employment program to youth residing in the City of Pittsburgh, summer staff wages, and administrative expenditures necessary to implement the 2019 Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment Program; and providing for the periodic transfer of funds to be used in the 2019 Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment Program for payment of cost thereof, cost not to exceed $200,000.00.
