NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend the Krause Family for its vision and generosity and Jewish Residential Services for its commitment to continuing its mission of helping members of the Pittsburgh community with psychiatric, development or intellectual disabilities live self-sufficiently and with dignity; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, April 11, 2019 to be “JEWISH RESIDENTIAL SERVICES DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
