Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to execute relevant Agreements and Contracts to receive grant funding from the Pirates Charities’ Fields for Kids Program to update Dinan Field, AKA Officer Eric Kelly Memorial Field, located in the 10th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh and further providing for an Agreement, Contracts and expenditures not to exceed TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. Additionally, the City will provide matching funds in the form if in-kind services valued at $10,000.00 offered by the City of Pittsburgh.
