Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with a consultant, Eileen Papale, as a sole source to provide instruction to new staff of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure at a cost not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00).
