Resolution amending Resolution #98 of 2019 which authorized the issuance of a warrant in favor of Tabatha Werkmeister, on her own behalf and as guardian on behalf of her minor children, and Grinage Dion Wilson, 3517 Fleming Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 in an amount not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($80,000.00) by changing the issuance to four (4) warrants as follows: in favor of Tabatha Werkmeister, Guardian on behalf of her minor children in the amount of $30,000; and in favor of Law Offices of Timothy O’Brien, 239 Fourth Avenue, Suite 2103, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 in the amount of $39,990 in settlement of litigation per Order of Court of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of PA; in favor of Tabatha Werkmeister, 3517 Fleming Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 in the amount of $5,005; and in favor of Grinage Dion Wilson, in the amount of $5,005 in settlement of litigation as described in the Full and Final General Release and Settlement Agreement between the parties.
