NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Patricia Zinger; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, September 20, 2025 to be “Patricia Zinger Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
