Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget” by transferring a total of $45,109.30 from completed projects within District 1 Neighborhood Needs to Brighton Heights Citizens Federation, Five Points Business District of Observatory Hill, and District 1 DPW Projects.
