Petition from the residents of the City of Pittsburgh requesting a Public Hearing before City Council relative to proposed legislation 2019-1800, authorizing the City Solicitor to petition the Orphans’ Court Division to request a transfer of a portion of Enright Parklet to Pennley Park South, Inc. in exchange for an abutting parcel of land.
