Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Three Party Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, between the City of Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) and Eisler Landscapes, Inc., as the general contractor for Wightman Park Improvement Project, at a cost not to exceed One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Nineteen Dollars and Sixty One Cents ($1,858,319.61), which includes a 7% Construction Contingency.
