Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Rios Williams Architects, PC for architectural and engineering design services for a series of restroom renovations in the City-County Building, 414 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, for the not to exceed amount of One Hundred Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Nineteen Dollars and Five Cents ($110,719.05).
