Resolution providing for an Agreement, or Agreements, with the CREATE Lab at Carnegie Mellon University, to develop an interactive mapping tool utilizing local housing data regarding discrimination, displacement, eviction, and gentrification to help provide evidence for systemic and complex housing complaints, and to better coordinate outreach efforts with local advocacy agencies, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
