NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby celebrate the significant impact of Ms. Lacee Ecker’s involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 to be “Lacee Ecker Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
