NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Commander Vinansky for his commitment and dedication to Zone 6 of District 2 for the past three years; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Thursday, July 18, 2019 to be “Commander Stephen Vinansky Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
