Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution number 40 of 2019, entitled “Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, providing for the design and replacement of the Charles Anderson Bridge; and providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $965,794.03.” To add further budget authority for a Letter of Amendment to the original Reimbursement Agreement, not to exceed a total of $967,044.03.
