Resolution amending Resolution #663 authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with McGrail & Associates, 1714 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA for professional consulting services in connection with billboard tax litigation by increasing the total cost from Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) to Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00).
