Resolution amending Resolution #253 authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fox Rothschild LLP, 2000 Market St., 20th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103 for professional consulting and legal services in relation to False Claims Act litigation by increasing the total cost from One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($110,000.00) to Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($235,000.00).
