Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Special Activities Agreement with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for purposes of holding the Junior Great Race and Richard S. Caliguiri City of Pittsburgh Great Race in the area of Point State Park.
