Petition from the residents of the City of Pittsburgh requesting a Public Hearing before City Council relative to awarding reparations for the Black (African-American, New Afrikan, Afro-Descendent, etc.) residents of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania because of the legacy of slavery, Jim-Crow and the continued systemic and structural oppression of white-supremacy and economic injustice.
