NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Dr. Sheila Johnson for spreading the Gospel through song; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, September 7, 2019, to be “Dr. Sheila L. Johnson Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
