NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does recognize, celebrate and thank Dr. Silvestre for all of his achievements and his impacts in public health; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, September 21st, 2019 to be “Dr. Tony Silvestre Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
