NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Rebecca Harris for her commitment to helping women start and grow businesses and for her strategic mission to promote systemic and cultural change in the business community and congratulates Rebecca Harris for ten successful years at Chatham University ; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, September 24, 2019, to be “REBECCA HARRIS DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
