NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does affirm its commitment to the human right to housing; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare October 1, 2019 to be “Zero Evictions Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
