Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to enter into, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Evolve Environment: Architecture, to provide services to create historic district design guidelines for the Mexican War Streets and the Manchester Historic Districts, at a total cost not to exceed Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($37,500) dollars.
