Resolution authorizing The Mayor and the Director of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Master Lease Agreement with Dell Financial Services for Leasing Services to lease electronic devices, with installation and support services for a period of seven years. The total amount of funds for this equipment and services will be appropriated and approved under separate subsequent requests and will not exceed a total of Three Million Three Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($3,358,711.23).
