Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter into a grant agreement with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security, to receive an FY 2018 Assistance to Firefighters Grant, and further providing for an agreement or agreements for the purchase of the Halo Escape System and subsequent training for Fire Bureau personnel.
