Resolution amending Resolution 879 of 2018 which authorized the Director of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with City Source Associates for grounds keeping and land maintenance services for properties owned by the Three Taxing Bodies, by exercising the right to renew for one year at an additional cost of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000).
